Maria Linn Bürgstein
Maria Linn Bürgstein lives in Amsterdam and is a social psychologist from Cologne. During her studies, she specialised in love relationships and partnerships. In her work, she investigates how different human relationships and sexual forms emerge.
Interpersonal relationships, partnerships and love have always fascinated me. Whether this is due to an early influence of idealized kitsch movies or the impact of a family of psychoanalysts, I can no longer pinpoint but it still sticks with me. As a psychologist, I was able to turn this passion into my profession. When I'm not giving relationship advice, writing or thinking about human relationship behavior, then I like to jump out of a plane, eat blue ice cream or sing Christmas carols.
